Regulations Santapomata

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Upon arrival at the campsite, guests are required to present themselves at the reception with valid identification documents for all members of the party to complete the check-in process.

  • Cars are allowed inside the Camping only on the day of arrival and departure: for loading and unloading operations, guests may reach the designated stop area, then use the provided carts to reach their accommodation/pitch. Cars are not allowed to circulate within the campsite for any other reason. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in our external parking area and must display the permit issued by the Reception staff. The parking area is private but not guarded: the campsite is not responsible for any damage or theft.
  • The entrance gate will remain closed from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM. During this time, only pedestrian access is allowed. Please observe the quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during which loud noises that could disturb the rest of other guests are not allowed. Please keep the volume of TVs, radios, and other activities low.
  • The Management of Camping Village Santapomata reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the booking contract in the event that a guest disturbs the public peace or seriously disrespects staff or other guests.
  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation units and in both public and private restrooms, as well as in any enclosed area.

The vegetation in the campsite is considered part of the natural heritage and must be protected. It is strictly forbidden to damage, cut, or uproot plants, dig holes for coolers or caravan waste, or surround tents with ditches. Please do not hang objects, hammocks, or laundry lines; otherwise, authorized personnel will immediately remove the objects and assess any damage, which will be charged to those responsible. Solid and liquid waste must not be discarded on the ground but thrown in the appropriate bins outside the campsite. Lighting fires is prohibited by law in the campsite, parking area, and on the beach. In case of fire, immediately notify reception or staff. Fire extinguishers and hoses are located throughout the campsite at clearly marked points.

Electrical connections are allowed only with standard rubber CEE cables placed on the ground without crossing main roads. The cable must not exceed 25 meters and must not have any joints between the caravan/tent and the electric column. The use of high-consumption appliances such as hairdryers and irons is not allowed as they may cause power outages at the column; the user is liable for any resulting damage. Guests are kindly asked to use the electrical sockets inside the restroom blocks.

Water is a precious resource and a collective good. Please use it responsibly. It is strictly forbidden to pour dirty or soapy water onto the ground; caravans and campers must use appropriate containers for waste water. Vehicles may only be washed in the external parking area.

Dogs are welcome in our Mini Lodge Tent Dog Friendly, Lodge Tent Dog Friendly, and camping area for guests with their own camper, caravan, or tent. Pets must be declared when booking. Only one pet per family unit is allowed in rental accommodations. Pets are not allowed in Mobile Homes and Bungalows. Dogs must always be kept on a leash and waste must be picked up both outside and inside the facility. Pets must never be left unattended and must always be accompanied to avoid disturbing other guests. Large dogs must wear a muzzle in common areas and on the beach.

  • Each guest is responsible for their belongings. The Management declines all responsibility in case of theft (vehicle or contents), vandalism, environmental damage, natural disasters, or interruptions to gas, electricity, or water supply, or technical issues, accidents due to natural causes or wildlife, or caused by guests or their equipment or vehicles. The campsite is not liable for cash or valuables, falling branches or pinecones, traffic accidents, or damage occurring inside the campsite or parking area.
  • Any item found within the campsite must be handed in to the Management, which will return it to its rightful owner.
  • A first-aid room with a doctor on duty is available for one hour a day from June to September (fee applies).

Visitors are admitted at the discretion of the Management during office hours (08:00 – 19:30) and must pay the daily fee if staying longer than two hours. The ID document left at the entrance must be collected during office hours. Day visitors are allowed until 9:30 PM with advance payment of the corresponding fees per person and per car.

  • The Management reserves the right to refuse undesirable or excess guests at its sole discretion.
  • All guests must wear the identification bracelet for the entire duration of their stay. Anyone found on the property of Camping Village Santapomata without the identification bracelet and proper authorization must immediately leave the village after paying the applicable daily rate and may be reported for trespassing under Article 614 of the Penal Code.

Camping

During high season, the minimum stay is two weeks unless otherwise confirmed in writing by our booking office. Unattended tents/caravans/campers are not allowed. Two persons plus pitch will be charged per night, even if only one or no person is present.

  • Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by at least one adult for the entire stay.
  • For long stays, guests are asked to check their attendance with the Management by the end of the month. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the stay.
  • The pitch will be assigned upon check-in. Refusing the assigned pitch forfeits the stay. Pitches cannot be changed.
  • At the beginning and end of the season, some services may be reduced or unavailable depending on the number of guests.
  • Use of barbecues is not permitted.

Rental accommodations:

Payment for rental accommodations must be made upon arrival. Keys will be handed over for reserved units from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

If arriving earlier (before 4:00 PM), guests who complete check-in may enjoy the services provided by Camping Village Santapomata while waiting for their accommodation.

Check-out: Guests must vacate pitches and Mini Lodge Tents by 11:00 AM, and rental units by 10:00 AM. Departures after these times will incur an additional night charge.

  • A security deposit of €150 in cash (or a credit card guarantee) will be required upon check-in; at check-out, the accommodation will be inspected and the deposit refunded if everything is in order.
  • Kitchen corner/dishwashing is not included in the final cleaning and must be done by the guest; failure to comply will result in a €50 charge deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
  • Please report any damage or missing items in the accommodation to the reception within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rental units; please also refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Indoor furniture must not be taken outside. TVs must remain fixed on their supports for safety reasons.
  • Cancellations must be made online following the procedure outlined during booking. Any refund will be processed by the end of the current year. The booking is binding for the reserved period; early departures or late arrivals do not entitle guests to refunds. Bookings are personal, non-transferable, and represent a contract between the parties.
The full balance must be paid upon arrival by credit card, debit card, or cash. Bank checks are accepted only for stays of at least two weeks.

In case of fire or severe weather, guests are kindly asked to follow the safety procedures provided by the Management.

Staying at the campsite implies full acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply may result in a warning or, in severe cases, expulsion at the sole discretion of the Management. The Management also reserves the right to make changes or additions to these rules at any time.

The Management kindly asks you to follow the regulations for the proper functioning of the Camping Village. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
