  • Please note that from mid-June to mid-September, Mobile Homes and 5-Person Lodge Tents can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. There are no restrictions for Bungalow Glam and Mini Lodge (short stays are also possible).

Mobile Homes 1/6 people – Our 40 ultra-modern Mobile Homes are set in the pine forest just a few meters from the sea. They feature two bedrooms, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and all comforts to ensure an unforgettable holiday for adults and children alike, surrounded by nature and total relaxation. Bed linen included.
Camping Village Santapomata offers two types of Mobile Homes: Superior 4+2 (30 sqm, also available with easy access for disabled guests) – Deluxe (45 sqm).

Bungalow Glam 2 people: Elegance and design, relaxation and nature – our new Bungalow Glam stand out for their attention to detail, offering a new vacation concept. The sleeping area is designed like a hotel room, with an open-space layout that merges the bathroom with the double bedroom.

Lodge Tent 1/5 people: Our brand-new Lodge Tents are equipped with every comfort. Inside, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a cozy living area with kitchenette. A spacious, charming veranda with table and chairs connects seamlessly with the living space when the front curtains are opened. The natural-toned wooden interior blends perfectly with the surrounding environment.
No air conditioning/heating, no TV. Bed linen included.

Mini Lodge Tent 2 people: The Mini Lodge Tents are equipped tents on a single raised platform, located just steps from the sea. They include an elegant bedroom with a double bed and two romantic roof windows that provide natural light. They come with courtesy lighting, a handy internal fridge, and a small outdoor wooden veranda.
Bed linen not provided. No bathroom, no shower.

For camping lovers, Santapomata offers numerous shady pitches for tents, campers, and caravans, surrounded by greenery and equipped with electricity. Guests have access to two sanitary blocks with hot showers (no tokens required), hot water sinks, camper service, coin-operated laundry, private external parking, and free Wi-Fi in common areas.
Comfort pitches are also available, equipped with water hook-up and drainage.
Rental caravans are available with kitchenette, fridge, and private outdoor veranda, without private bathroom facilities – the perfect way to enjoy the camping experience stress-free.

For each type of accommodation (Bungalow, Lodge Tent, and Mini Lodge Tent), we offer 3 rate options:

1. STANDARD RATE – the most flexible, depending on the chosen stay period;

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE – the most affordable option. This is a PREPAID rate: the full amount for the accommodation is required at the time of booking (any extra services will be paid on site), with no possibility of refund and/or modification;

INSURED RATE – the safest choice to travel with peace of mind, offering full or partial refunds even up to the day of departure, according to the terms outlined in the insurance policy.

Before confirming your booking, we recommend carefully reading the rate conditions to understand the payment terms and cancellation policies for each option.

For the camping area, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival.

Pets are welcome in the camping area for those with their own camper, caravan, or tent, as well as in our rental caravans.

If you don’t want to give up comfort, you can choose our brand-new 5-person Lodge Tents – Dog Friendly (max 1 dog) and 2-person Mini Lodge Tents – Dog Friendly (max 1 dog).

All pets are allowed only in specific areas of the Camping Village. Please make sure to read the “regulations”.
Your four-legged friends can also access our equipped beach and a section of free beach designated by the municipality, located 500 meters from our site.

The Camping Village is free of architectural barriers: everything is flat and fully accessible, including the equipped beach, which offers a JOB chair always available for guests upon request.
The most suitable accommodation is our Mobile Home “Facile” 4+1.

Camping Village Santapomata offers a wide variety of services available from April to October, along with activities to enjoy in the beautiful natural surroundings.

For specific dietary needs, our team is fully available to assist you.

Camping Maremma Sans Souci offers an entertainment service during the high season. A small playground surrounded by nature is also available.

Upon reservation and subject to availability (for a fee of €5.00/day), cots with side rails and high chairs are available.

The highlight of the Camping Village is its direct access to the beautiful Rocchette beach, surrounded by unspoiled nature.

Rocchette is a small rocky promontory topped by an ancient castle, which overlooks and protects the wide beach below; its crystal-clear waters have been awarded multiple times for their cleanliness with the prestigious “5 Sails – Legambiente” recognition.
Additionally, the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia have been recognized as the most beautiful in Italy.

The other two rates follow their own policies and do not include reimbursement in the event of Covid: the NON-REFUNDABLE rate does not allow any refunds; the STANDARD rate applies penalties based on the timing of the cancellation.
